The difference between a yard that looks great year-round and one that only looks good right after it's worked on is a maintenance plan. Our recurring landscape maintenance service keeps your property clean, trimmed, and healthy every month — without you having to think about it.

Recurring clients on a weekly schedule get a 10% discount; biweekly service runs 5% less than one-time rates. We maintain properties across Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Carlsbad, and surrounding areas. HOAs and commercial properties welcome.

Palm Grooming & Skimming

Ungroomed palms accumulate dead fronds, seed pods, and skirts of old growth that become fire hazards, pest habitats, and a general eyesore. Regular palm grooming removes dead material, cleans the trunk, and keeps the tree looking the way it's supposed to.

Shorter palms (up to 20 ft) start at $184; taller palms (up to 40 ft) run up to $405. Four or more palms get a 10% volume discount automatically. We work with Mexican Fan Palms, Queen Palms, King Palms, and all other common San Diego varieties.
